4-legged friends welcome – we’re pet friendly!
When we say your pets are welcome at Park Square West, we mean, get them a dog-treat-at-the-concierge welcome. And with plenty of outdoor space, we are within walking distance to Mill River Park walking trails and the Mill River Bark Park, an off-leash park perfect for dogs, they will feel just as spoiled as you feel. Not a dog person? Don’t worry, we love cats too and know they will love curling up next to you in your spacious and cozy apartment.
Pet Policy
Pets Welcome Upon Approval. We are pet-friendly with an aggressive breed restriction. Limit of 2 pets per home. Non-refundable pet fee is $500 per pet. Monthly pet rent will be charged: $35/cat and $50/dog.
